1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The parcel shows clear defects or damage upon opening

2. Mandatory Video Proof

To process any damage-related claim, the following is required:

  • A complete video of the unboxing
  • The parcel must be shown in sealed condition before opening
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded in one take

⚠️ No claims will be accepted without proper video proof.


3. Claim Duration

  • All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Any claim submitted after 7 days will not be entertained

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Used or opened products (unless damaged)
